We play golf, hockey, basketball and racket sports. We ski, hike, climb and surf. We take time away from the office to spend with our friends and families in pursuit of our interests. We offer variable work hours and telecommuting to give parents more time with their families instead of driving on congested roads.
All of this has helped us build the best possible work environment we can imagine and has attracted like-minded individuals with a self motivated drive to do the best work we can for our clients and for our sports.
Presidents Bio: Cary Moretti
Cary made his first dollar as a programmer as a teenager in the 1980's and has not looked back since. As a founder and partner in the Commercial Group, he has been the driving force behind the establishment of NewSport Media, our sports division; LeagueStat.com, our real time stats application; and most recently, RapidManager.com, an enterprise level content management system. Over the past 20 years, Cary has worked as a designer, programmer, software architect, project manager and consultant. While his IT experience is wide and varied it is his passion for creating that gives the Commercial Group its focus.
A dad, competitive amateur athlete, and volunteer, Cary puts everything he has into every project, both in the office and out. He is driven to help organizations implement processes that reduce administrative overhead, improve communications and data mining techniques, and, ultimately, allow organizations to put their time and resources into what matters most - whether it is a national sports organization looking to improve program delivery or an international retailer looking to improve staff retention.
Cary believes that the internet is an unparalleled tool in the world of software development. More, with the correct application of online technologies, Cary has ushered dozens of organizations through the process of improving communications, increasing participation, and/or reducing costs.
